This Product Has Potential

The first fetch tag I purchased was great. Unfortunately my dog chewed it off of her collar. So I purchased another as a replacement and the same phone that worked fine with the other tag will not read this one. Seeing many similar reviews, I will need to return this one. I am hoping I won't have to pay a restocking fee to return a defective item. I really wish I could recommend this because I love the idea.

The “tap” doesn’t always work

The “tap” doesn’t always work, and I feel like as many times as it took for us to pull up our own dog’s info after setup, others who might find our dog would probably give up trying. Also, the app is set up almost like a surveillance app with others around you, showing your location. Not a fan of that (I turned it off).

Fetch tag - so far so good

I like that the fetch tag is soft and doesn't clang with the other things on the collar. Thank goodness we haven't had an occasion to use it. He's stayed put in the yard since we got it.
