If you’re looking to return your order, we're here to help! We offer returns within 60 days of receiving your order. You can return your item and receive a refund to the original payment method. Unfortunately we are not processing exchanges at this time.
Please note: When a return shipping label is provided, a $6 return shipping fee will apply. You may return merchandise through other shipping methods at your own cost. All decisions regarding an item’s eligibility for a refund are at the discretion of our team.
In order for your return to qualify for a refund, it must meet the following criteria:
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- We cannot provide returns for final sale items, which includes personalized/customized items.
- We do not offer refunds or replacements for harnesses damaged by chewing.
What to include with your return to expedite processing your refund:
- Any packing slip included with your original shipment.
- Once the refund request has been approved, our team will provide you with an RMA#. Please write this clearly on the outside of your package to help our team expedite receiving this item back into our inventory. If you have requested an exchange, we will ship the requested item once the return has been processed and approved.
- Make sure to clearly apply the shipping label to your package.
