Return & Exchange Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer returns and exchanges within 60 days of receiving your order. Please visit our Returns Center to start the return or exchange process or to check the status of your return.
Returns You can return your item and receive a refund to the original payment method or request an exchange for an order.
Exchanges You can return your item and receive a different item when the item has been returned. If exchanging an item and the new order is more than the original order amount, the customer is responsible for paying the difference. If the new order is less than the original order amount, the cost of the new item will be deducted from the refund.
Please note: When a return shipping label is provided, a $6 return shipping fee will apply. All decisions regarding an item’s eligibility for a refund are at the discretion of our team.
In order for your return to qualify for a refund or exchange, it must meet the following criteria:
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- We cannot provide returns for final sale items, which includes personalized/customized items.
- We do not offer refunds or replacements for harnesses damaged by chewing.
To expedite processing your return or exchange, make sure to clearly apply the shipping label to your package.
