Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your item and receive a refund to the original payment method or exchange it for a different size or item.

Please note: When a return shipping label is provided, a $6 return shipping fee will apply. You may return merchandise through other shipping methods at your own cost. All decisions regarding an item’s eligibility for a refund or an exchange are at the discretion of our team.

In order for your return to qualify for a refund or exchange, it must meet the following criteria:

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • We cannot provide refunds or exchanges for final sale items, which includes personalized/customized items. 

What to include with your return to expedite processing your refund or exchange:

  • Any packing slip included with your original shipment.
  • Once the refund request has been approved, our team will provide you with an RMA#. Please write this clearly on the outside of your package to help our team expedite receiving this item back into our inventory. If you have requested an exchange, we will ship the requested item once the return has been processed and approved.
  • Make sure to clearly apply the shipping label to your package.
