Returns & Exchanges Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your item and receive a refund to the original payment method or exchange it for a different size or item. Please note: When a return shipping label is provided, a return shipping fee will apply. You may return merchandise through other shipping methods at your own cost. All decisions regarding an item’s eligibility for a refund or an exchange are at the discretion of our team.
In order for your return to qualify for a refund or exchange, it must meet the following criteria:
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- We cannot provide refunds or exchanges for final sale items, which includes personalized/customized items.
What to include with your return to expedite processing your refund or exchange:
- Any packing slip included with your original shipment.
- Once the refund request has been approved, our team will provide you with an RMA#. Please write this clearly on the outside of your package to help our team expedite receiving this item back into our inventory. If you have requested an exchange, we will ship the requested item once the return has been processed and approved.
- Make sure to clearly apply the shipping label to your package.
Products that are not eligible for returns:
We are unable to accept returns for any final sale items. Because of the custom nature of our printing and product fulfillment processes, we are also unable to accept returns or offer refunds for print on-demand items that are personalized or customized once payment has been accepted and the order has been placed in our system. It is your sole responsibility as the customer to confirm the accuracy of all data, graphics, and content contained in your order prior to approving and submitting your order. Once an order for a custom or personalized print on-demand item has been placed, printing is fulfilled automatically, therefore we are unable to review or verify the accuracy or visual correctness of your order prior to it being printed or fulfilled. Your order will print exactly as the information was entered and approved by you. We are not responsible for any incomplete or inaccurate information or for any typos associated with your order.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for our team to receive and inspect the returned item. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable except for situations where the item received was defective or damaged. If you receive a refund and opt to have Rover provide the return shipping label, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that we do charge a return shipping fee for any returned merchandise if we provide the shipping label. You can return through your own shipping method but will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for our team to receive and inspect the returned item once it has been delivered to our warehouse. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your returned item has been approved, we will ship the requested exchanged item to the shipping address provided on the original order. We do not charge a shipping cost for the reshipment.
