This mat keeps my dog so busy, usually at least for 30 minutes. I spread a little bit of canned dog food on it, sometimes a little baby food and she loves it. One of the best things I've ever bought that keeps her entertained for a long time. It's super easy to wash and the material is soft so she can lick it for a long time and it doesn't hurt or irritate her tongue.

Ernie Loves his Licking Pad

We give Ernie his Licking Pad whenever we have to leave him for a good amount of time. He’s always eager to get it, and he is distracted from his usual sadness at our leaving. The Licking Pad has been thoroughly licked when we return.

My dog is a heavy licker and that was my reason for purchasing 2 of these. She only licks them if I put peanut butter on them. Otherwise they just aren’t used.

I did not use them for me. But, my 2 dogs loved them. We used peanut -butter in them and it kept our dogs busy for a while. The pads are a good idea.
