What’s the best way to put this harness on?
It takes just a few steps. First tighten the collar strap, then tighten the torso flap. Then velcro both flaps in place. For thinner pets, remove the velcro dot before you secure the flap.

Nope, no buckles on this harness—it uses velcro to keep everything secure instead.

What are the benefits of using a martingale harness? How exactly does it work?

Great harness for little dogs

I have a 7lb yorkie and 13lb chihuahua - both wear the x-small. I love how this harness works like a martingale collar but doesn’t close their throat and cause trachea collapse. Works really well!

Finally!

I’ve gone through 4 different halters for my little beagle! Each one presented a problem! The fit wasn’t right in two different kinds and the adjustments were limited. Cleo was able to easily slip out. Most of them have the plastic clips, which can be hard on older fingers. Finally, your halter works perfectly! It’s very easy to put on my dog, the strong Velcro prevents Cleo from escaping, and it’s perfect!
