Getting your Rover Store orders delivered in a timely manner is always our top priority. This year has presented more seasonal shipping challenges than most. Our warehouses are working to fulfill your orders quickly, but are currently anticipating carrier delays via UPS, DHL, USPS and FedEx Ground/Smart Post. To help avoid potential delays this holiday season, we recommend placing your final gift orders as early as you can.

While we can't guarantee delivery dates, we suggest ordering your holiday gifts by December 11 for the best chance of delivery by the holidays. We are unable to offer expedited shipment methods at this time.We cannot guarantee that 100% of orders will be delivered on time; our carriers are doing their very best to deliver your packages on time, but we can't foresee all possible problems.
